TL783: Variable Power Supply smoking components

Hi !

We are trying do define a 1,5 - 85V  power supply based on TL783 following the circuit depicted at Fig 20 off it's datasheet . We have already spent a huge number off ours and destroyed  six ICs .The last one together with pne off the power transistor TIPL763 . Would you please tell us what is wrong  ?!!!

    Hi Oswaldo, 

    Will you help to provide scope-shot on the Vin, Vout, and ADJ of the TL783 during your tests to help narrow down the problem? In addition, will you provide more details on things you have tried and what you have learned that could lead to the issue?
