Hi Dexter,

The Qualification data summary for the device at https://www.ti.com/qualificationsummary/qualsumm/home?actionId=2800 points to the data sheet but the data sheeet has not been updated since a time when a part met a minimum qualification standard for release. I will inquire on appropriate data, it may take a few days.

Hi Dexter,

The part was qualified with 2kV HBM and 1.5kV CDM. I expect but don't know if that is the value they will put in the data sheet, or if they will revise the data sheet since it is an old part.
