TLV707P: Need lower Vin recommendation

Hello,

I need to generate the 1.2V rail ( up to 200mA) from 1.8V supply and when looking at this device it states input voltage should not be less than 2V.  I also looked at new series TPS7A20 however I need part already in production.   My operating temperature is -55 to +125 deg C ambient.   What do you recommend that will provide some margin on dropout voltage as well?
