My customer would like to know the efficiency variation via temperature. Could you provide it? The efficiency is usually decreased at high temperature due to RDSon will be increased. Is my understanding correct?

May I know what's the Vin, Vout, and load condition? And what temperature range do you want?

Here is the answer for your question.
- Vin: 3.0V
- Vout: 3.0V~3.3V
- Load condition:
> VMAIN: 5mA max
> VSUB: 30mA max
- Temperature range: -20~+70degC

Yes, customer would like to know the efficiency for both devices. Are two devices efficiency so different? Anyway, I appreciate if you can get both data. Or can you comment whether the efficiency will decrease if temperature is raised? Customer would like to know tendency of the efficiency via temperature.

For the Sub output of TPS61098x, it has LDO mode and switch mode. For the Switch mode, the efficiency is similar to the Vmain output side for such load condition. So I simplify the test.
