    Hi Xing,

    Thanks for reaching out.

    It looks like IR2085S is a 100V bridge driver with the self-oscillator incorporated and a programmable switching frequency of up to 500kHz.

    We unfortunately do not have any p2p products with such feature but customer might use UCC27284 + controller to generate the PWM signal.
