I have seen the calculation of Rp be based on Vcesat of the internal BJT; this voltage however is highly dependent on collector current and operating temperature. Formulas sometimes include the 2.0V drop, sometimes don't. The answers in the forum have not been very elaborate. Do we have a graph showing the voltage drop between pins 16 and 15 under different operating conditions?
