TPS61232: Vout is 0V when battery is used for supply

Hi team,

I would like to get your assistance regarding our customer issue with their design using TPS61232.
Using a regular power supply, the Vout is 5V. But using a Li-Ion battery with 4V input, the Vout is 0V.
The current is also limited to 2.1 Amps.

There are 3 out of 6 custom board of the customer that has this issue.

The customer implemented the circuit in section 8.3.4 (Undervoltage Lockout) in the datasheet.

The schematic cannot be shared in a public forum so please let me know if it is okay to send the schematic offline if you need more information for the customer situation.
