TLVH431B: Cap value restriction in comparator case

Hello,

My customer plans to use TLVH431B as a comparator described in 9.2.1 of the datasheet.

Since this is open loop, the customer do not need to care about the stability and no restriction about the cap value connected between Anode and Cathode at all?

Hi K.Hirano,

The output of the TLVH431B is either a high or low. I do not think there is a dependence on the output capacitor since there is no regulation. I do need to test this in the lab just in case. What capacitor value is the customer interested in?

My customer plans to sue either 10uF or 20uF.
