TPS56221: OCP doesn't work well

What is connected to the EN/SS pin,   is there a soft start capacitor or a connection to an open drain transistor. 

What does the voltage on the EN/SS pin look like during start up and during the oc event. 

Does the SS pin look like Figure 11 in

Customer got waveform of EN/SS and Ilimi pin during start up.

   The ILIM pin should not be switching. Do you know if there is any cross coupling that is causing this?

Can you have capture the ILIM pin voltage during startup?  

Also, can you capture the Iout current during the OCP test?
