Hello, 

Can you confirm that the UC2825A-EP and the UC1842(3,4,5)A-EP do not have thermal shutdown?

Also, do we have estimated life vs ambient temperature curves for these 2 devices?

    Derek,

    I confirmed with the IC designer that the UC2825A-EP and the UC1842(3,4,5)A-EP do not have thermal shutdown. We do not have life vs ambient temperature curves for these devices since they are used in so many different environments, conditions and end equipment use cases. For example, automotive is one unique case where we are planning Functional Safety requirements (reliability data closely related to what you are asking about) for many legacy and newly developed AEC-Q100 products.
