ADVANCED-BQMTESTER: ADVANCED-BQMTESTER not responding when pressing the "Flash LEDs" command via BqProduction

Hello,

My customer is setting a testing environment with the following signal chain: Windows 10 PC (running BqProduction) --> EV2300 --> ADVANCED-BQMTESTER

When they press the "Flash LEDs" option in BQprdouction, the EV2300 or the ADVANCED-BQMTESTER don't respond. Windows Device manager recognizes the EV2300 and doesn't show any errors.

What are your thoughts on first steps for debugging this issue?

Hi Nick,

The EV2300 is obsolete and was not designed for Windows 10. In most cases Windows 10 does not even recognize the EV2300.

Independent from that comment, my first thoughts on debug are to try the following steps

1. disconnect the EV2300 VOUT pin from ADVANCED-BQMTESTER

2. Connect 3.3V LDO power supply to that lead of ADVANCED-BQMTESTER instead of power from EV2300.
