UCC28911: Low output voltage

Hi,

My customer is considering using UCC28911 because they require small solution.

Conditions are below;

VIN=AC100V

VOUT=2V

IOUT=600mA

Do you think that UCC28911 can output 2V?

If no, what is the cause of the lower voltage limit?

Hi Kuramochi,

UCC28911 can support 2V output voltage , I don't see any limitation.

Hi Kuramochi,

UCC28911 is a primary side regulation controller. there is no need feedback loop cross secondary side to primary .

So I don't see some disadvantage in your application.
