Hi,

To have an estimation of how much current and switching frequency I can have in LMG3410EVM-018 board to reach to specific junction temp, I want to know how much is the junction to ambient thermal resistance (Rth_JA) of fets in assembled daughter card. I am not asking about Rth_JA of standalone fets which are provided in the datasheet. I am asking about Rth_JA of fets in assembled daughter card with utilized heatsink (UBM30-20BP-0N04).

The junction to heatsink thermal impedance for the LMG3410EVM-018 is tested to be around 5.5 degree C/W, and the heatsink used is around 3.2 degree C/W under 400 LFM airflow. The total thermal impedance can be estimated to be 8.7 degree C/W. The value will be different depending on the cooling method etc.
