Hi ,
In the LMZ10500 regulator, there is no where mentioned the inductor value.. Please share the value of the inductor used in this regulator.
Thanks,

Hi,
The inductor of this device has an inductance of 2.2uH.

Hi Davor,
Can you please let me know where it is mentioned 2.2uH in the datasheet??
Thanks,

Hi,
It is not mentioned in the datasheet, since we usually do not specify this in the datasheet for the modules.

Hi
As a designer we need this data to calculate the ripple current and ripple voltage. Not mentioning the inductor value is correct? We would like to use 3.3V output from this regulator, and also LDO will be sourced by this buck regulator, so at some light load condition, I'll get current and voltage ripple. How would you say that usually TI will not mention inductor value ?
Can you please explain??
Thanks,
Vignesh.M
Hi,
You are right, to calculate the current ripple you would need the inductance.
Like I said, for this device the inductance is 2.2uH. So you can use that value in your calculations.
