Our customer wants to know the he Θjc value for TPSM53603. Could you please help us provide this information?

    Hello Cedrick,

    RthetajC seems to be a non-characterized parameter for this package.

    Regardless, RthetajA is the more appropriate thermal parameter to use in gauging thermal performance of the package.

    Hi Marshall, 

    Thank you for your response. 

    Our customer would not like to use the Θja, as there are too many variables in calculating that parameter. They also heatsink the majority of the parts we model, so Θjc is a much more accurate parameter for them. Psi values are also not ideal, as those are calculated in a specific system that will likely not reflect the system they are using the part in. 

    With this, if it would be possible, could we request for thermal modelling so we could provide this information to our customer?
