Other Parts Discussed in Thread: CSD17307Q5A, CSD17304Q3
Hi everyone,
Would you please suggest some mosfet part numbers for my application please ?
Voltage: 24V
Current: 10 Ampers
Trigger will be 3.3V, PWM.
Thanks!

Hi Ali,
Thanks for your interest in TI FETs. For this application, I'd recommend at least a 30V FET. If there are transients or any chance of overvoltage, then a 40V or 60V device would be better. TI has several 30V FETs with on resistance rated at 3V VGS. Here are some options:
If you need to use a 40V or 60V FET for more voltage margin, then you will have to drive the gate with 4.5V minimum. None of our 40V or 60V FETs have on resistance specified at 3V VGS. TI does not recommend operating the FET with a gate drive voltage less than the minimum where rds(on) is specified in the datasheet.
I am including useful links below to FET selection for load switching and an excel-based load switch FET selection tool that can be downloaded from TI.com.
