UCC28C43-Q1: Blanking time

Part Number: UCC28C43-Q1

To Application team,

I know that this parts has the spec of 0% duty cycle. However, there is no spec of minimum ON pulse width.

If IC has a blanking time built on IC itself, it should be equivalent to the minimum ON pulse width.

Is there a blanking time built into IC itself?  If it has,  What is the blanking time?

Best regards,

H.Someno

  • Hi,

This IC min pulse width is about 470 ns. After reach this width, if further intending to reduce the pulse width, the pulse disappear. There is no leading edge blanking time on CS pin on this device.

Refer to section 8.3.1.3, leading edge blanking is achieved by adding RC filter on CS pin.
