Hi,

Does TPS548A20 have ”output discharge function”?
TPS53319 has output discharge function.
However, TPS548A20 datasheet does not mention the output discharge function.

The TPS548A20 has an output discharge. The specification is the electrical characterization table. The discharge current is 6uA.

Hi David,

Thank you for your response.

I understood that 6uA is a discharge function as OOB function.
However, customers want output discharge function when the device is turned off (EN=Low).

Is there an output discharge function when EN is set to Low?

The low side fet sink current for the the OVP (OOB). The current is 10A.

When the device is disabled, the discharge current is 6uA.
