Hello,

We ordered from Mouser TI#TPS62806YKAT; as per the specs available these parts should be marked with a J but the ones we received are marked with a K. Mouser's answer was "TI reserves the right to upgrade their part marking at any time without notice. You are welcome to contact TI through their website."

Can you please let me know if TI has "upgrade" their marking for this part? The parts are hot and now I don't know if I could use them.

The body marking of TPS62806YKAT is "J". Can you take a pictures of the device and if possible to capture the body marking as well?

Hi,

To make matters worse, I ordered another set from Digikey this time and the ones I got from them has an X.

Attached are the two sets of pictures. Please let me know ASAP as this is holding up a job in production.

Hello Doris,

I looks like there is no problem with your device on-hand. The "X" denotes the day code while the upper left marking (J) refers to the device ID. See figure below for details.
