TPS27081A: Output voltage at power input.

Hi team,

I'd like to know about the output voltage at power input.
Even though ON/OFFpin is OFF(Low), the output voltage appears for a moment when the power is turned on.
TPS27081A has Pch FET, so I think that is the factor.

Is there any way to deal with it other than replacing the device with Nch FET?

Kengo,

Could you describe your load condition? If VOUT is floating this may be very negligible charge/leakage that would not affect the circuit at all in real life.

If VOUT is floating, there is a potential for VOUT to swing up, and that doesn't necessarily mean there is conduction. It might be due to offstate leakage or maybe capacitive coupling from VIN to VOUT.
