TPS53317: Could you please help explain the reason of 0.6v refin

Hi team,

Normally we will use the TPS53317 as DDR terminator. From the datasheet, the device can support 1v~6v, refin 0.6~2v. Could you please help explain the reason of 0.6v refin? Whether it’s because the internal amplifier? Thanks.
