TPS61169: Inconsistent output current.

Hi,

There's some issues on the LED Driver TPS61169, after working out. We found that during low PWM dimming (1%) The output current is different from one unit to another.

Hence, I have measure 6 different samples at the Feedback pin.

Freq of PWM = 10kHz

Duty Cycle Test = 1%

Swiching Frequency = 317Khz

Please share your email as there are some confidential schematics and pictures to share.

Hi Electrobud,

Got it. Could you please measure the inductor current, SW, output current at the same time? The time scale is set as 10us/div. Thanks!
