Hi team,
my customer has a height restriction (3.5mm MAX) on their board and so they must choose a different inductor than what is recommended in the datsheet.
for the VDDQSNS inductor, they found the Signal Transformer SCIHP0420TB-R68 (680nH +/- 20% with Isat=8.5A, RDCR = 22mOhm, Fmax = 1Mhz)
note that this is shielded.
for the SW_VPP inductor, they found the Signal Transformer SCIHP0530-4R7 (4.7uH +/- 20% with Isat = 5A, RDCR = 60mOhm, Fmax = 3Mhz)
note that this is also shielded.
can you please help confirm if these inductors will provide the necessary filtration and efficiency for this supply to function?
if they do not work, can you please provide some alternative part numbers that would meet the following requirements?
1. < 3.5mm height
2. work with VPP = 2.5V @ 20mA
3. work with VDD = 1.2V @1A
