TPS560200: Use of this part in an inverting DC/DC converter

Part Number: TPS560200
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS560430

Is there any reason why the TPS56022900, or for that matter any similar buck converter part, cannot be used in the traditional inverting configuration, in which the 'normal' output is grounded and the chip's ground 'net' becomes the negative rail?  Looking to make a -5V supply, either from the 'raw' regulated +12V coming in or from a 5V onboard-regulated supply.  Thanks!
