I evaluate reliability of TLC7733 inputcell configration.


Please tell me if input logic cell of TLC7733 has same configuration as figure 1 of SZZA034.

    Are you trying to create an IBIS model for the TLC77? Do you need to know details on any one specific pin? Thanks for providing any details you can.

    I wanted to give you an update regarding the TLC7733.  The part is a very old and finding any information through our database will take more time than the my initial request of a week.  If you don't mind me asking, is the information very critical and time sensitive?  At this time, I am trying different methods to find you the information but I will need more time.  Again, thanks for your patience.

    Sorry for late replay.

    I want to know input cell's structure to evaluate immunity of voltage overshoot  and undershoot. if you could not access that imformation, I consider SI simulation regarding TLC7733. Do you have IBS model?

    Hi CHATBOT-san,

    This part is very old and we do not have an IBIS model.  My thought is to go into the lab and take a few measurements like I/V curves.  Is there any particular measurements or specifics you would like to have besides the input cell's structure?
