LM5140-Q1: How to reduce the high frequency ripple

Hi team,

I am facing an issue with the HF ripple on the dual buck output rails, the ripple is not reducing even after changing the COMP circuit to the suggested values,

the ripple is 340mVpk-pk on 3.3V output rail, with 330MHz freq, increasing the decap value is not providing any solution. kindly suggest me a solution, thank you.
