LM36010: LCD backlight cannot increase current over 55ma

Part Number: LM36010

From my customer-

I have designed a circuit for LCD backlight as below screenshot, and we have some problem.

We would like to control the current for LCD backlight from 0mA to 120mA, but we cannot increase the current over 55mA. (0x11 -> 0x12).

It works well for 2.4mA to 55mA, but if we set the current over 55mA, the output current become 0mA.

Could you please advise for resistor set value or circuit for backlight?

Thank youCircuit Details.pdf1.Booting sequence

Write Device ID Register 0x81 to software reset.

Write Enable Register 0x22 to enable torch mode.

2.Normal Sequence

Write LED Torch Brightness Register with continuous increased / decreased value in several times

One step is about 3mA increment.
