    Hi Koyo,

    The LP3981 was released prior to the time when spice models were developed to support new products.  No spice model exists for this component, unlike our newer components.  If you can offer the specific parameters you are interested in (Vin, Vout, Iout, temperature and any other specific requirements we should know about) then we can help you choose a more modern component which also has a Spice model.
