TPS62822: Impedance between SW and VIN pins

We are using TPS62822DLCT in one of our design. During debugging I observed that the impedance between VIN and SW pins showing dead short. What would be the minimum impedance between the pins?

Hi Srikanth,

There is no such minimum value for this impedance.

But if you see a short then definitely the device is damaged. Could you please confirm this.

I didn't further analyzed the issue. We are planning to replace the IC with new one.
