TPS565208: TPS565208 issue when loading

Thank you for responding. This time, I powered the input from from an external power supply with current limit set to 3A

(2)What's the saturation current of the inducor?

(1) Yes, it is 15 Ohm resistor

(2) The Inductor part no is PM2203.222NLT. Attached the datasheet.P808.pdf

(3) Gerber attached.
