Hello TI,
We are using TPS54336A to convert from 24V input to 5V. Operating environment is typically 50Deg. C. and max current drawn is 2.5A
We are using backup capacitors on 24V input line (2200uF) and when input power 24V is shut down, we see IC output drop from 5V to 2.5V but does not drop to 0V.
Kindly refer attached waveform below
Pink waveform is 24V input to TPS54336A and Yellow is 5V output from TPS54336A
EN pin is left floating and remaining circuit is as per Webbench design.
Kindly let us know what could be the possible causes for this behavior
