Dear team,
When I suppose that external parts and board are the same, does the efficiency change by changing IC?
When I change IC, what percentage does it change? (ex. 3.3V->5V/180mA)

Hi Pan:
The loss calculation is very complex, and related to the frequency, switching rating, parasitic parameters and other factors....
It's really hard to give a number. Thanks for your kind understanding.
Thank you for comment,
My customer says that 90% - 93% change.
So I want to know whether efficiency may change only by a device.
The all conditions are the same.
(IC=RDS, Qg .....)

Hi Pan:
It's an old device and what we can share is almost in the datasheet. Is the 90% acceptable for customer?
OK, close this thread.
The customer brings that it change efficiency by a device into question.
Thanks,
PAN-M
