What would be the baking time for part number: TPSM84824MOLR. We are considering the worst-case scenario of >72 hr after the allowable time (MSL 3).

If we are to follow JEDEC standard, what is the total height that needs to be in consideration in this case ?

The recommend time and temperature for this device is 8 hrs @150°C.

The oven that we use, is set in-accordance with JEDEC to 125 'C. What would be the baking time if the temperature is 125 'C ?

The recommended time at 125°C is 16 hrs.
