Hello,
We refer to TPS23754EVM-420 to designed a 30-Watt (24V/1.25A) PD based on the modification guideline in
this forum. It is working but with lower efficiency (maximum around 81% @ 24V/1A). Is it possible to replace Diode
(ES3C-13-F) with a synchronous MOSFET (Q1) to raise up the efficiency? Is there any other suggestions?

Hello David,
I would suggest following out Type 2 24V reference design: 
I would not suggest a sync for 24V output since the FET would allow current back through the transformer and the switching voltage would be very high.
