Just for confirmation on the tolerance on the feedback resistors:

So the absolute tolerance of the resistors is +/- 14%, but the quotient of R2/(R2+R1) is almost constant? R2/(R2+R1) = 228k/(228k+724k) = 0.239
Uout * 0.239 = UREF --> 5V *0.239 V = 1.2V.
