We are currently using the TPS62125 in two very similar products. The layout and components associated with the TPS62125 sub-circuit are exactly the same, 6 volt input, 3.5 volt out. The loads are also very similar, both are under 20 mA with the same amount of capacitance and inductance. However, we are seeing Vout overshoot from the TPS62125 in one of the products but not the either. Also to note, this overshoot disappears when we change the input voltage to 5 volts. Any ideas as to what may be causing this?
