BQ25600: BQ25600-How to initialize charging parameters

Hi team,

My customer is using BQ25600, their demand is  charging the battery to more than 90% battery power within 10 minutes, and the battery specification is 3.7v, 230mAh.

The question is if  bq25600 need ic initialization by MCU to charge the battery?

    William,

    Referring to 8.3.1 Power-On-Reset (POR) and 8.3.5.1 Host Mode and Default Mode in bq25600 and bq25600D, after power-on-reset, the device starts in default mode with watchdog timer expired, or default mode. All the registers are in the default settings. The bq25600 is a host controlled charger, but it can operate in default mode without host management.
