1. I'm taking sifos test with PD input 37V and 57V. Would you please provide test instruction for me.

There are numerous SIfos test equipment & software options. I think the best resource for you to run the SIfos test is the Sifos support team.

You measure a transient response by changing the load with an electronic load.
