LP3991: Same package code with different dimensions

Part number LP5900 has different dimensions of package YZR0004 (DSBGA-4) than in part number LP3991.

the pitch and ball size is the same, however in LP3991 datasheet it is 1.4mm x 0.93 mm, and the LP5900 datasheet it is 1.083 mm x 1.022 mm

which drawing is the correct one?

Both are listed with the same names - TLA04XXX (Rev D) / YRZ004 / DSBGA-4

    Hello Yaniv,

    The drawings are both correct.  The YZR package has slightly different dimensions for each component that uses it.  There are other TI components which have this package and they use a slightly different dimension than the LP3991 and LP5900.  This is why the standard TI drawing for the YZR package does not call out these dimensions explicitly, but they are added individually to each datasheet.
