  • Hi Jimmy, I am currently looking into this and an answer will be posted when available. Thanks!

  • Hi Jimmy, are you testing with the TPS23881 EVM and GUI? Or is this with your own designed board? We've seen "See Log" in the past when SIFOS is not updated. Please make sure your SIFOS is updated with the latest version.

  • hi,

we get your reply from Jimmy. I am Jeven Wu ,Senior hardware engineer from UTEPO from ShenZhen .www.utepo.com.

we have found your sifos reports from the web and Know both tps23880 and tps23881 passed the sifos  test  this year .now we have adopted your ICs and Microsemi products at the same time.

our report  that do not pass Sifos test is from our German customer's sifos test. They bought our products which model is UTP7308GE-BTPoE .This product is from our another engineer but he has left and now we go on his work .we wish you can give us some advice to pass the sifos first and meet our customer's need .

what 's more ?we also wish you can supply some further solutions under surge immunity with PSE system.we want to know what level your referrence circuit pass in surge immunity.

please send one email to me .wuxingguo@utepo.com,we will send  our schematic diagram to you .

    Best Regards

    Jeven Wu

  • Hi Jeven,

Yes I will send you an email so you can send schematic. Again the failures to me look like they are not using the latest version of SIFOS.
