Hi Brian,
We don't have such a curve for TPS2105, but you can generate such a curve from the datasheet parameters, please see the section below for the relationships:
Basically if you want to find the maximum/envelope for ambient vs output current, set Tj to Tjmax of the IC, and substitute the thermal characteristics from the datasheet and you can get it.
