As title, customer want to know what's the suggestion ambient temperature for this device.

The ambient temperature is not so important, what is really important is the junction temperature.
So with very low power dissipation it can operate in ambient temperatures which are in the range of the recommended Junction Temperature listed in the data sheet (-40C to 125C).
With higher power dissipation the maximum ambient temperature will have to be be reduced in order to keep the junction temperature within the max of 125C. You can estimate the junction temp using Tj= Ta+ Pd*Rja as discussed in section titled 22.214.171.124 Thermal Dissipation.
