Our customer want to know if TLV62568 has UL Certificate or not?

Hello Candice,

TLV62568 is non-isolated buck converter hence it does not require UL certification. The devices indicated in *.pdf you attached were all isolating device where separation of primary and secondary circuits are necessary.

Are you aware why customer needs UL certification on TLV62568? How do they intend to use the device? What is the end equipment?

Thank you for your reply.

We'll tell customer there's no UL Certificate for TLV62568.

Because raw material of TLV62568 contains plastic materials, some customer will request UL Certificate for plastic materials.

For this request, application is POE Switch.
