Hi,
How much is the ψjt of CSD18533Q5A?

Hello Kuramochi-san,
Thank you for promoting TI FETs at your customers. TI does not provide ψjt thermal parameter for our FETs. We only provide thermal resistance values, RθJC (bottom) and RθJA, in the FET datasheet. We have done some thermal simulations and the typical value of RθJC (top) for the CSD18533Q5A is 18°C /W.
Hello Kuramochi-san,
Let me also point you to the blog in the link below on how TI specs thermal impedance.

Hi John-san,
Thank you for your help.
I have an additional question.
How much temperature was Rθjc(top) of CSD18533Q5A measured?
Best Regards,
Kuramochi
Hi Kuramochi-san,
Thanks again for your interest in TI FETs. The Rθjc(top) was not measured. It is from a simulation. I don't have the details of the simulation - just the estimated value of Rθjc(top).
