Hi Febin-san,

Yes, for the short-circuit protection, there is mentioned on page 10 of TPS62260 data sheet as follows. For the internal topology of current limit detection, please share the detailed information(e.g. application note) with me if possible.

If your looking for design level explanation, unfortunately we do not have an application note explaining it.
