As it is shown here with 1Ghz lecroy oscilloscope we can't get the 102V/ns rise time as it should support according to the datasheet.
We have checked R5. It is much more longer. What is the problem here?

Hello Anil,
Thanks for reaching out. As the timescale on the screenshot is too large, I can't really see the slew rate now. Could you confirm what's the slew rate you are seeing? Also what's the R5 value currently?
Thanks!
Regards,
Thanks for the reply. R5 is 15k. And rise time and fall time is correct as it seen bellow the screen.it is approximately 30nS.
Thanks for the information Anil. The slew rate we are specifying is from 20% to 80% of the voltage. Could you zoom in and manually put cursor to 20% and 80% of the bus voltage and measure what's the time between them? As the rise and fall time could be slower near 0 and bus voltage, I'm not sure how the scope is defining the rise and fall time.
