Hi,

you wrote the test temperature was 125°C. Does this mean 19.1 FIT @ 125°C or 19.1 FIT at usage temperature?

Is the usage temperature then 55°C as always in the TI FIT estimator? Which activation energy was used?

    Hi Tobias,

    The MTBF/FIT details can usually be found on the product folder, which points to this site:  

    For many power modules, the FIT value displayed is not correct due to issues with the background systems.  The FIT for TPS82085 is indeed 19.1, as written in the other E2E threads.  The values for test temp, usage temp, activation energy, etc. are correct as written at the above link.
