Hi team,

My customer found below behavior of TPS3809K33, as you can see at the startup, well after 3.3V VDD is established, the reset output stayed at 1.1V for about 200ms, then goes up to 3.3V. 

This seems not the normal behavior of this device according to the timing diagram. What do you think?
