Hello Naveen,

It appears you're driving high-side back-to-back FETs.

I have attached an app note discussing similar topology using different drivers. The concept is also applicable to the UCC21222 IC.

From your diagram it appears each channel of the IC is driving each FET separately, or did you mean to drive both FETs through the same channel with both gates shorted.

Yes we are driving both the FETs with two separate channels of the driver IC.

Hi Naveen,

We recommend the configuration below with the UCC5390 to achieve what you are looking for. However the gates are tied together, let us know if you have any issue with this.
