Hi Sir,

Customer using bq25896 in PCB and would like to read Battery Voltage (REG 0E ) and Temperature (TS) Voltage(REG 10)，but result are 0.

Does it need to reset and read? or others step before read resistors?

What are the test conditions such as VBUS, VBAT (voltage at BAT pin) and VSYS?
